What is your shipping policy?
LR² Luxe candles are made fresh to order and go through a series of quality checks before they are shipped to our customers. Please allow 3-5 business days for your candle to be processed and manufactured before it is shipped. If your order is placed on a Friday or over the weekend, it will be processed the following business day. As soon as the shipping label is created, you will receive an email confirming the label has been created. This email will also provide a tracking number for you to track the status of the delivery.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. No code is necessary.
What is your online refund policy?
We understand that sometimes a fragrance just isn’t for you. You may return your unburned candle within 10 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returned items. Item must be returned in the same unused, unburned condition it was received.
Who do I contact if I have an issue with my candle?

What kind of wax do you use?
We use a custom soy blend wax comprised of majority soy wax with a small amount of paraffin wax to maximize fragrance release.
What kind of wicks do you use?
We use lead-free cotton wicks.
What's in your fragrances?
Each of our fragrances have been carefully blended using 100% phthalate-free aromatic oils that are infused with natural essential oils.
How do I care for my candle?
Allow the candle to burn for a minimum of 2 hours upon your first burn OR until the surface is fully melted from edge to edge to minimize tunneling. Trim wick before each burn cycle to reduce chances of soot and to maximize candle life. Never burn candle for more than 4 hours at a time or leave burning candle unattended. Burn candle on heat resistant surface away from drafts and flammable objects. How do I care for my wickless Discovery Collection candle?
Remove lid and place wickless candle on warmer in 4-hour increments. Only use with UL listed electric candle warmers approved for candles. Read and follow all instructions provided with your candle warmer. Never touch candle until it is completely cooled. The tin container will be hot while in use. Keep candle and warmer out of the reach of children or pets. Do not leave candle warmer unattended while in use. Do not add water. Do not melt on stove or in non-approved appliances. Use only in well ventilated areas away from flammable materials. The wax will not evaporate like a flamed candle, simply discard candle when the wax no longer has a scent. Do you offer refill services for your candles?
Yes, if you are in the Dallas/Fort Worth area only. We offer refill services for our Signature Collection candles at a discounted price. Contact us at LR2Luxe@gmail.com for additional details.

Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior and his overwhelming love, mercy, and grace enables me to do all things including creating this company. Without Him I am absolutely nothing. His love for me motivates me to show love to every person I come in contact with. Candles are one way I show my love to others and my main motivation for creating LR² Luxe.
